I been cutting G-10 for over 30 years…. Carbide drills and carbide endmills work great….. even burr cutters work great as well…. Carbide drills, countersinks, hss drills work , but they full up and or burn up…. Must run hss drills slow rpm , so they won’t burn or dull up… (carbide recommended)
