Is your insert really "Face Up" in your Boring Bar, or is it "Face Down"? If the tool isn't defined correctly (like Ron mentioned), you can Edit the Tool Holder page in the Tool Definition. Pick the "other hand holder" (Left hand vs. Right hand is selected by choosing the opposite picture). Then check your Spindle Direction.
I always use "Draw Tool" when setting up a new lathe tool in Mastercam. Insert Up is Yellow, while Insert Down is Orange.
Here's the tool drawing

Where is the mill turn post located? I can't find it in the mastercam folders and there is other changes I would like to make to that post as well

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong as this is the first I've tried to run ID toolpaths on the sub spindle, but everything shows correctly on Mastercam and the tool path runs backwards when posted. It runs in reverse when machine simming as well. OD and facing paths work correctly which is what's confusing to me. Am I missing something or is this a mastercam error?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I flipped the side of the tool and the spindle direction (changed from yellow to orange on the insert) and the code was identical
