I really don’t want different users - just want to change to my own settings - but if I import my workspace - it defaults to that - how can you switch between different workspaces easily ?
Not even just with mastercam here. Once you start sharing a PC with someone else, you may quickly realize that you DO want different users. Just my experience

In the depth cuts tab you can select between by region or by depth. I believe by depth is what you're looking for

If high radial DOC and small axial, I like to zig zag, if high axial and lower radial (think HEM style milling) I like climb only

Use a shorter bolt?

Reset the HASP. We get this ALL the time because our licenses are on a stone-age server...

I'm also looking for an answer to this... Are you in 2023?
I have noticed it happens most often to me when I try to modify a 3D tool that I have previously created, and then the thumbnail will go away.
I can still use the "export geometry to a level" option and the tool data is still all there.
Mill-Turn tailstock and sub spindle in same program

Hey guys, I'm looking at a job where I will want to use the sub spindle to grip a turned center to support the part, and then take the center out and use the sub to pick the part and run the backside. Has anyone done this? I haven't started the programming the job yet but I'm not sure how I would define the "center" and the sub jaws to work together?
Hopefully I am explaining this well enough.. I want to bore my sub jaws to my grip diameter, then turn a piece of stock in the sub to use as a center so I can pop it in my sub jaws, use it as a tailstock, and then just take the center out and grab the part in the sub to finish it.
Like I said I have not yet started the programming, just getting a plan together right now, but as I get into it I can definitely get a file together to share if it helps.
