Maybe you have the stepover set to a very small amount. It should be between 50-80% of the tool diameter.

In Backplot, Display, Appearence, Show toolpath check the box in front of Color loop

Select the first tool. Hold down Shift and select the last operation and then Import, Done.
Hope it helps. Although I am not so sure if it allows you to import the toolpaths from V7 to V8.

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
I fixed the file. The problem was the point selection. I had to delete both drilling operations and to redo them. Something is not working properly if you try to copy the second operation and it seems to be related to the tip control to surface.
Thanks again and let me know if you have other problems.

Imagine that first surface (that looks like a reverse u shape in section = not a closed contour) intersect the second one in the middle of it. The system doesn't know what to do with the area below the u shape on the second surface. I would use /create /curve /intersection/options/ extend surface/ to make sure that the system could trim areas that are not intersected by extending the curve to the edge of the second surface.
If the surface is already trimmed and it has a hole in the middle, you will have to untrim it, trim the surface first with an open contour extended over the edges of the surface to trim. After that, trim the surface back with the closed boundary. Hope it makes sense to you.

Copy the pocket, select Parameter on the second pocket in the Operations Manager and on the last page turn off rough leaving on the finish. The finish area = a contour toolpath.

To retract the tool between letters, go in Finish project, Gap settings and set the gap size smaller than the distance between the letters. Hope it helps.

Mastercam allows you to create three different types of surfaces: Parametric, NURBS (Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline), and Curve-generated. Each type uses a different method to calculate and store mathematical data about the surface. NURBS is the default one. When you analyze the surface it gives only this info not how you generate the surface (revolve, coons, draft, etc)

Make sure that you type the address correct. It is case sensitive.

Thank you for your feedback.

If the top surface is 0 and the bottom is -1.5, and if you want to cut on the first step .1 , than give the min depth = -.1 and max -1.5. All the values are absolute. If you have stock above the top surface take that in consideration too.
For example top of stock =.2; min depth =.1 Good luck!

I liked the idea of creating words to identify each Cplane, instead of the arcs. Thanks James.

I am teaching 3D Wireframe in one-day session (7 hours).I create one cube with circles on each face of the cube to explain the standard Cplanes and the construction depth. Using other drawings, I demonstrate how to establish the Cplane with Entity, Rotate and Normal commands.
I tried to illustrate this in the Instructor Guide from In-House . The students also have to draw 10 drawings using these commands.
I am also looking for better ideas.
Mastercam won't recognize curved pocket.

You can do the followings:
Option 1.
You just need to make a boundary around the pocket (use create curve all edges first to make the wireframe and the project the curves needed using project to the top plane z above the solid). In the toolpath pick the entire solid and then select as containment the projected boundary.
Option 2.
Use the general selection and click on Activate solid selection icon and then enable only the Select face icon.
Make sure that you select all necesary faces include the side walls.
