it may due to surface problem.Analyse the surface for any internal sharp corners and intersections of surfaces and try to rectify it .

if it is a background problem means,while printing make an invert colour.

* For to avoid surface faceting you may use filter tolerance between an arc range of .001 to 10000

with all plane ON(i.e. XY,YZ,ZX).

* Reduce the cut tolerances.

* Reduce the % of Stepdown in the Gapsettings.

if the core ,cavity splitting is a straight draft means we can use Solid (Boolean) options.We don't have draft analysis option in mastercam solid. So we need to use moldplus for splitting.
