  1. Hi. This error does not always indicate a bad connection. The reason may be in the settings. For example, if you are using Avast antivirus, it may block Zoho Assist. In this case, you need to check your antivirus's exceptions or exclusions settings. To do this: Double-click the antivirus icon to open the user interface. Avast: Home > Settings > General > Exceptions. There are a few other settings to check, see more details here https://www.helpwire.app/blog/zoho-assist-problems/
  2. Hi! I've designed a model and I'd like to 3D print it. Could you guide me on how to export it for the 3D printer? Has anyone here tried doing this before?
  3. Check that your tool library is set up correctly, and the tools you are using are available and properly defined in Mastercam.
