As a class project and out of necessity we are making some new Aloris type lathe tool holders. The dovetail has a 1/64th radius. In drawing my part geometry and selecting toolpaths do I ignore the tool radius and pretend it is cutting a sharp corner. If I include the radius in my geometry and toolpaths what is my countour line. Thanks, Louis
