  1. I am trying to post out a 4th axis program I created with mastercam X5. It is a square part I am skimming 4 sides when it posts out I get the first pass has A0 but the other pass just add g55, g56 g57 with A0.

I have a 4th axis post and my Zero is center of the axis. Also when I back plot the tool move around the part. It varifies a good part. Any help would be appreciated.

  4. I have a solid of a casting I want to use as material. It was given to me as a surfaces and in metric. I converted it to a solid worked fine. Scaled it by a factor of .03937 to bring it English and the part is all jagged. Is there a setting I'm missing for tolerances.

  6. The model is visible, I tried fit screen and even changed the back ground color to see if that would help, but it did not. I tried to load X5 mu1 and ran into a new issue I don't have access to MasterCam and I have to wait for the reseller to get in. This morning starting out great.

  7. I am trying to apply turn profile to a solid model supplied to me by my customer. After it ran, I check levels the entities are there but there is nothing on the screen, has any body ran into this one.

  8. When I run glass I use a Grizzly dust collector to get as much as I can. I also use those white cloth filters for AC and heating units on my coolant tank to filter out the particles going into the tank. It works pretty well, I haven't had dump the tank after using a filter. It also works when I cut cast iron.

  9. I want to take my 3d model that is just the 1 entity and have all lines and arc put back so I can select the for milling. I know I can select the edges of a solid but I want to make a 3d line chain.

    any help would be appreciated.
