Hi, I am developing chook for reading the existing mastercam(.mcx) file. but while reading the file am getting the message boxes saying "corrupted or invalid file, contact mastercam dealer". how to aviod this message. am using the read_ent(...) function. and also i have problem with reading the solid entities information in the file. Hi Takashi. Recently i updated to Mastercam X3. where am not able to get menu in the mastercam menu bar. and as you mentioned above method. i appended the menu itmes to dummy menu. but sub menu itmes are not processing the functions. can you help me out to add menu in mastercam X3.

I tried with above method. am getting buttons. but they are not rooting to the process functions defined. is there any other method for adding a popmenu with insertthirdpartymenu() function only . in this function i am giving process function for each buttton. but, am not able to get popmenu buttons on GUI.

I tried in that way. by doing so. am able to add only the string menu item to the mastercam main menu.. but not able to add popupmenu. how to add popupmenu. i created a popupmenu in resource file with ID IDR_MENU1.

Any body Plz tell me how to add menu using insertthirdpartymenu() function.

It is on the creating the Toolbar and specifically in ToolBar i want to create dropdown menu. and suggest me is there any other method other than including .FT file in C-Hook Folder For creating ToolBar in the MasterCam.
