I have X5 router and I seem to be having problems when I try to manually tell the nest what order to cut in. It seems to not follow my "before all operations" when I hit okay and then backplot the nest. It seems to be worse when I have multiple sheets in my nest and I'm trying to re-order all of them. I've been playing with the parameters "minimize tool changes" and "maximum vacuum" and I can't help but think they are related to me trying to override the cut sequence. Anyone have some ideas?
