i am doing the 2020 mill essential ecourse and in tutorial 5 in need to get the solid file to do the exercise i am wondering where do i find it to download so i can do the exercise

Hi Newbie here first post im looking into a new laptop and wondering if im limited to the nvidia quadro cards or can i use the geforce cards in lieu of them?
