Maybe a NETHook would be needed?

Does anyone know the Mastercam 2018 keyboard shortcut to bring up the color pallet directly (see pic); bypassing the attribute panel? Reason; my mouse has programmable buttons. I like these programmed to change colors while drawing.
X9 was the last version that had a keyboard shortcut I know of.
Thank you

Figured it out, backplot/verify options settings were loose. STL quality was set at .100 and work piece set at .03Thank you Matt for your help

Verify started displaying ball mills, bull mills, as sharp pointed tools with faceted surfaces; see attached pictures. The work piece suffers from faceting also.I did nothing to provoke this. I simply showed up to work last Thursday, went to verify a part, and got this. I have been dealing with it ever since then.Any Ideas on why this is happening?

Those are really nice. Thanks Matt

Comrades,I have been searching for machining and manufacturing industry-related wall posters to hang in our programming room. Believe or not, I have been have trouble doing so. I called HAAS, Mori Seki and Cimtech. Those company's said they would look into it; that has been weeks ago.I could make my own, but there is nothing like the industry posters we grew up with. Does anyone know where I can find some posters or wall decals?Thank you,John B

Cadcam,I hear what you're saying. It really comes down to what a guy is use to and what he wants. Like I said above, I had a space navigator for about a month, but sold it to a coworker.Oh, should I mention that he rarely uses it, which I feel validates my opinion about these Navigators. Also Cadcam, thank you for recognizing my girlfriends thoughtful loving actions. She smiled when I showed her your reply. I should mention that she is now my Fiancé. I proposed to her yesterday; Valentines Day.

Thanks for posting up the file with something in it. Also thanks for trying something to figure it out. Lastly thanks for letting us know you got what you were looking for. Can that file be used to make a training video with?
Ron go ahead and use it. I see know issue with that.

Phodee6,
I program in all dimensions and think those spacemice are no good gimmicks (I owned The SpaceNavigator 3D once). I am not looking to impress people, instead, I'm looking for accuracy and speed, employers love that.
Here is what I use; Razer Naga (mouse) and Razor Tartarus (keypad). These tools allow me to have my most used Mastercam combination functions executed with just one button. I have all these functions programmed as macros; it makes me very quick and efficient. I use the scroll wheel to rotate and the mouse and keypad to fly through bunches of macro I have programmed that work exclusively with Mastercam. The picture below are of the mouse and keypad I use.
Razor Tartarus and Razer Naga
Below is my desk at work; it’s a stand up desk because I hate sitting all day. I have the exact setup at home too.
Yes, those are love notes on my monitors and wall. My girlfriend puts them in my lunch box to make me smile, so I hang them up :-)

Success! The swarf worked great and the code made it through Vericut just fine. Thank you both

I would recommend using the new swarf for this part. The point as your control will do what you are seeing. Use lines or a offset spline to control your tool axis.
HTH
Thank you for the suggestion. I'm configuring the Swarf tool-path now, I will let you know. Thank you

Take a peek at this it's not 100% yet but will give you an idea of things to look at, I had to 2 areas, the purple surfaces, that were just out of control, I remade the surfaces and that cleaned up that issue, there are a couple more areas that "may" need some tweaking to get them just right but you will get the general idea
JParis,Looks like bad geometry was the issue here. I see and understand what you changed. I will let you know how it verified . I see that Manufacturing Specialist suggested using the New swarf toolpath. I'll try both.Thank you -
Thank you for reading,
I'm struggling with this 5 axis curve tool axis control using HAAS Trunnion. The tool-path I'm using is Multi-axis Curve with tool axis control "Point". Using the point for tool control look okay, but the tool angles which makes a chamfered part edge. I also tried using lines parallel to the part edge for tool control, but the tool path was all over the place. I even tried using a drive surface near the parts center, but I failed to get and good results.
The part matl is hydroformed 6061 at .063 thick.
Could someone please see if you can get this to work and school me on what it is I'm not doing right. For all I know I could be using the wrong toolpath or this part cannot be multi-axis milled.
The MCX-8 file is attached / backup link

The picture below shows the edge I want need to machine.

FTI2007,
Have No fear, difficulty is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to milling titanium 6.4.
I couldn’t say how many times as a floor machinist and as programmer I have cut Ti6 with nothing more than the usual things most shops have; quality setup guy and button pusher, 50 taper, rigid setup, shrink fit holders, good roughing and carbide tools. I could have added programming, surface speed and so on, but you know all that already.
For about a year I have been roughing with HHS Niagara Wavecut cutters, Yes I typed HHS. The 1.5 and .75 dia kick butt at removing Ti matl. Also, program to stay in contact with that matl as much as possible. Interrupted cutting will cost you if your not using the right tools. I like to use the least expensive End mills to get the best cut and finish. Its done like that everyday.
Keep coolant away from your insert!
