Virtualbox would require a copy of Windows to run Mastercam, right? I'm pretty sure "yes" so that won't help me. I'd like to get Mastercam running under Wine. I may have to punt and install Windows in which case I'll dual-boot but I'd rather try to get it working under Wine. Thanks.

I've been learning Mastercam X MU5 for the last couple of months and would like to get the HLE version running on my computer. I use Linux so I tried to get Mastercam working under Wine, the Windows emulator. It seemed to load OK but won't start up throwing an unrecoverable error. I've sent the crash reports off but I suspect CNC Software isn't all that interested in getting HLE working under Wine so I'm thrown on my own resources. So, I'm looking for any help I can scarf up. Has anyone gotten Mastercam X MU5 working under Wine?
