    Thanks, the disable desktop composition worked, it now runs windows 7 basic for Mastercam. The graphics are okay.

    I loaded X7 on my laptop running windows 7, and I am having a problem with the current settings for the blue background. I can not view my construction geometry until I clear colors. Any suggestions?
