I have a 2007 Mori-Seiki NL2500 and have been unable to get it to rigid tap at the center of the spindal. I read one post that stated the rigid tap needs to be turned on. The M codes Ive tried just seem to stall the machine(M329,M35 etc). Is there a parameter that needs to be switched. This is my current code for a1/4-20 tap. G0 T0505 G97 S300 M3 G0 G54 X0 Z1. Z.1 (M329 S300) G98G84Z-.4F15. G80 Z.1 M9 M5 M1 Stalls at the G84 Line. Any suggestions?
