  1. Hello everyone. I have a question. I'm trying to mill a hole and c'bore on an angled surface of a part using an angle head mounted in a 4 axis horizontal mill. Here is what is happening, I get the features drawn up where they need to be. I establish a new WCS based on the geometry of the feature, which is just a circle. then I "Break many pieces" the circle geometry. After that, chain a countour. After that, depending on how I have Planes set in the parameters settings, I get varying results, however neither seem to be what I'm looking for. I can get the tool to backplot where it "looks" good. The tool looks perpendicular to the part at the established angle, however when I post, I don't get any "Z" moves indicating that the tool is following the surface. On the otherhand, I flipflop the planes, and repost, I do get the "Z" moves, but in the backplot, the tool is no longer perpendicular to the surface being cut. I've tried a ton of different configurations and still can't get the output I'm looking for. I haven't worked with X6 much, most of my experience is with version 9.1. In V9.1 I used an aggregate c-hook when using a right angle head, and I was always able to get the results I was looking for. I'd appreciate any help/guidance on this. Thanks.
