I constantly have a similar issue on VERY SIMPLE boring ops. "NO AREAS OF REMAINING STOCK FOUND". Really sucks and makes the simple things very tedious. Does not matter what tool I use. Sometimes I can fix it with a simple shut down and restart, sometimes I have to delete the process and do it again. Sometimes it never works and I have to use a finish op and calculate the number of passes. PLEASE FIX THIS!

If we both program an identical part, you in X7 and me in X6, you use the "flimulator" and me traditional verify ill beat you everytime.
Agreed! I HATE the new verify. Totally unneeded improvement.

Had this problem before with X6. Figured when I installed X7 it would fix itself. When I try to use SURFACE HIGH SPEED PATHS I get a warning that it is not found in my defaults file. I have other small issues similar but can easily work around them. I did not install X5 or X6 on this computer so I am unsure where they would be kept? Are they suppose to migrate with the migration utility? Am I missing something on the install?
This is a stand alone and I am the only user. Past employee has done previous version install.

Ah, now I see.. When you click, you're "Grabbing" the geometry you want to move. If you hit the green check before you release it, you haven't completed the command, so it's the same as hitting esc or some other cancel.. What you want to do is click to "release" the geometry you've grabbed, and then you can hit the green checkbox (or just double click to accept it).
Yupper! Does DYNAMIC WCS work the same way?

Or just use Xform Dynamic, which operates in INC from where ever you choose your base point as.
geom dissapears

Hey guys,
1st post here. Been using Mastercam for about 1 1/2 yrs. ( 6yrs gibbs cam).
My question is in relation to using the X FORM and VIEW MGR functions . Is there a way to change the distance you move something in a given plane to INC instead of EVERYTHING being in ABS. I find this VERY annoying when moving geom or WCS that i need to do math to know where to put things.
