I have some training on mc9 and I have been working with cncs since 1990 (operating and programing). Recently I started working for a small company as a cnc operator that uses mcamX2. Long story short the old programer is no longer there. Now they have asked me to do some of the programming. Now that I have been working with mcamX2 for a few weeks now. The biggest problem I've run into is sending the programs to the cnc, and no one here knows how to do. Presently the programs are printed out then typed (data entry) into the cnc. The cnc is a used Record 130 (r130) I know to run on the r130 the program has to be converted from an *.xxl file to a *.pgm file. I've worked out to do that. So now to my problem, does anyone know how to send a program from a pc to a r130 cnc?
