I am using a Surface High speed (Opti Core) tool path and am having trouble adjusting the start point of my tool path. Seems that the tool path always wants to start at the bottom left corner which is out of my machine limits of the mill and fixture I am using. I have tried reducing all my leads, adjusting tool properties, min toolpath radius, gap size, entry type. also tried setting the apoximate start point and using an open chain with section missing to force start point. I am wondering if there is a setting somewhere that can allow me to change the start point or is this some mastercam default for this toolpath.

I am currently setting up a new job cutting E-glass blanks and am wondering if the PCD/CVD Tools are worth the cost, in comparison to say an OSG standard fiberglass carbide router. I will be using 3/8 diameter and the job will be a long run. Thank you all that respond
