I CANNOT SEEM TO LEAVE AN EXISTING GROOVE TILL THEN END. I HAVE A MANDREL WITH A FEW UNDERCUTS WHICH I CAN DO WITH MY VNMG. BUT I ALSO HAVE A GROOVE I WANT TO LEAVE TILL THEN END AND DO WITH A GROOVING TOOL. HOW DO I NOT CHAIN THE GOORVE?
i have my post for mazak qt loaded and i need to be able to put some tapped holes around part. i have make my drawing with one center line made in the spot i need tapped holes. how would i make it so the holes go around the part at 90 degrees? do i have to build a solid and extrude or there an easier way?
im trying to make a simple undercut for my O/D thread releif. why is it giving me this alarm. i also notice in the actual program that is starts at the end of undercut but in my simulation on mastercam it works great.

I have made my full drawing and i programmed half of it. now i want to transfer the finished side to be in the jaws so i can chain the next side. how would i go about doing that.
I am having a prog loading my completed mastercam program onto my mazak quick turn nexus 450. so far i have saved as a EIA and loaded onto USB. once i get to machine i cannot load. all i get is a 401 alarm that says illigal format. Any suggestions. and i might add i am very new with this software so if you think of anything bring it up please. Thanks in advance.
