  1. Hello all,

Ok, so I was liking X9 until I tried to use a Core or Dynamic Core toolpath.  WTF!

it used to be chain two boundaries and go.  I can't figure out how the hell to make it work.

The toolpath I create cuts out the core.

What is required to make Dynamic Mill work like the old Core?

    Thanks!

  2. Wow!  You guys are awesome!  Thanks for the replies.
I copied the WCS and set z to the top of the bulb.   I ran a finish pass on the bulb just to make sure I had it right, and I don't.

Please run the verification.  It cuts the top of the bulb off.

When I ran this part, I just programmed the bulb side as if it were another part.   I'm going back now trying to figure out the right way

    to do things.

    Thanks guys!

  3. Hello All,

I'm fixing to buy another 3d Mouse.    I have been getting along just fine with just the puck ( space navigator ).  I tried a space mouse pro, and I like it.

I go to buy one and see this Space Pilot Pro for an extra $75.00.     Is the Space Pilot Pro worth the extra cash?   What do you guys think?

    Thanks!

  4. We haven't ran the part.  The part is steel, and we are anticipating trouble with this toolpath.  We are wanting to run full axial ( 1.00 DOC ), with a .875" carbide endmill.  I have generated just a core toolpath, and if it didn't retract constantly it is just what we want.  I have attached the file.   What do you think is the best option for this part?

Thank you very much for your help!
