  1. that will be nice and easy, but okuma floppys they are format to okuma i.g.f format, when you put the floppy in the pc, it ask you to format the floppy to pc.; it does not recognize the format.

  2. we have a couple of crown lathes, the operator is on vacation and he only uses floppys to save the I.G.F files, some floppys are missing now, the question is;

    is there any software that will allow me to save copys of these 10 or 15 floppys?

    we need some kind of back up system here, any help will be appreciated a lot.

    i could use 9 or X, the little tabs have straight walls, imagine a cylinder 4.020" dia. 1" long ,now on that dia. 3 stand offs or like pins 120 deg. apart and .090" dia. .060 tall from that dia. to be machine on a 4 axis mill.

    i wish could post to the server, but may get in trouble.

  4. Hello peeps, I have a little problem here.

    it's been a great while since I use the 4 axis in the mills,now I have a part like this:

    4.020 dia, 1" long.

    on the dia. i have 3 tabs or stand offs (like ears)

    they are .090 in dia. and .060 hight. 120 degrees apart.

    could some one please help me how to machine these little tabs on that dia?

    sorry i can not post to the server.company rules.
