Running some parts that require a lot of pocketing and have very limited memory on this machine. I have used Macro programming on my 18i controls with no issues but the 21i keeps puking on it. Runs part of it then skips to next tool . Wondered if anyone could see any problems with this program macro in the attached NC file. Thanks in advance.

MLC helped me write the post for my old xxxxor 8055 machines and said same post would work. However, DMS sent me a set of code to insert into my programs to slave the spindles but I see some conflicts with existing post code. It is a twin spindle with a single 5x12 table. Just thought someone with a more recent post for the DMS could help.

Does anyone on here have a DMS Router with twin spindles? Just got ours and actually has independent ball screws on both spindles. My post does not use a W axis and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. Thanks in advance. Tommy D
