My Mastercam crash when starting

Good afternoon,
Well my problem is: my Mastercam crash every time when starting, I already uninstall and install it like 5 times, I uninstall .Net frameworks, deleted

deleted

deleted

I already reset my laptop to factory condition but no one was the solution. Please help me
