It is possible to define a "roughing angle", both for poket and facing

Hello everybody! I hope not to be repeating something: I was wondering: is there a way to change the direction of passes from standard horizontal to vertical, for facing and pockets, in order to follow the wood fibers? I was working on on two wood pieces glued toghether with crossing fibers. You can clearly see the horizontal passes on the darker wood
