We always use u-drill tool type for this kind of job...

We don't have any high pressure or coolant thru. the only thing is to be sure to put the max coolant on the inserts... That's why we connect a garden hose on the coolant pump so the operator can spray directly on tool...

you can try CorelTrace from CorelDraw there is a converter in it

IF you're using corel Trace, before converting into DXF, try to click on the "centerline" button. If "outline" button was selected, then you probably got two line in Mastercam for on line in the jpeg.

So I don't know if you have Corel Trace but I supposed if you converted drawing.
