    That did the trick, thank you. I was questioning why a laptop with discrete graphics was purchased for the design teacher but not for the machine shop teacher...I'll make a note of this for next time. Thanks again.

    I'm aware of this issue occurring with nVidia GPU's/drivers, however I'm setting up a brand new Windows 10 laptop with Intel HD 620 GPU and Mastercam 2017 for our precision machining instructor. I have installed the service packs on Mastercam and both updated and rolled back the video driver to no avail.
