Just a quick question do any of you use Camplete for 5 axes programming and if so how is it. I see a lot of Mastercam people using it. 

I was advised to take Mastercam U to upgrade my skills. I know it's a stupid question asking this in this forum but i'm asking anyway.

How can you turn off ( Show Lathe Home Position) in backlot option?
I wanted turn it off for good, I don't want every time I run toolpaths I have to check square box off.

Hello Again, In Mastercam can you draw custom tooling and put it in a library and use it when ever you like? Where i'm at now they use Geo path but i'm trying to get them to use Mastercam but this shop is totally custom tooling. Not standard by any means. Just need a little in site that's all and they got a great bunch of guys on here that i know i will get an answer.

Hello Chris,

It just look funny in Cimco and I don't like it.

Here is my question,  we do not want to use cimco editor for post processing we want to use Mastercam to post. We just want to use Cimco editor to transfer and download programs but not for a post processor. Any  help would be much appreciated.

we use Cimco to transfer programs  from the computer to the machine and whatever I have drawn up on  the screen  it disappears  I can't come back to it  and have to redraw it all over again.

Good morning everybody sorry for asking so many questions but  I'm  kind of new to Mastercam and I appreciate your help. Here is my question. We use Cimco editor to post but we also use it to transfer programs  from the computer to the machine. How can I go back to the  old way so when my guys are transfer programs from Cimco to the machine I loose  everything  I had in MC....sorry kind of hard to explain.

I need to program a tap with G84 (  Regular Tap ) in  mastercam. I can't find it in the drop downs , I see everything else but I don't see that one. Please help thanks in advance.

Good morning everybody, we got a new computer and when we loaded the Cimco editor now all of a sudden the Cimco editor font size is small how can I make it large again I'm getting old real fast and I cant see small print. Thanks in advance.

Old bear .... Right now I use open mind  by Hypermill and I'm an old  Mastercam user.  But I haven't used Mastercam since  X7  but to answer you question yes I'm going to try and sqeeze  everything into a year to get updated.

I just purchased all of the  learning books for Mastercam  2019. My goal is to learn as much as I can before 2020 and become a master at Mastercam.  Any advice to help my journey would be much appreciated.
