  1. Hi,

I'm trying to drill 9 holes in a diameter of 319.5mm.

I use a normal drill operation.

But i want it to move from hole to hole in an arc movement since there is still material in the middle which is higher , atm it's doing that in a straight line.

now i need to retract my tool 100mm everything time it travels from hole to hole.

I hope you guys understand my poor english. xD

    Thanks,

    Rick

  2. Hi Again.

First of all i love this forum. 😁

Always Many Reply's, everyone wants to help eachother, Love it.

I was wondering what everyone thinks on how to Program 5 axis parts the fastest way.

For example Do you guys use FBM Mill/Drill for 5 axis parts?

We have alot of single piece parts that need to be made, but useally programming takes longer than making the part.

We are trying to reduce that, so maybe you guys have some idea's on that.

Sorry if my english is bad.

    Thx in advance,

    Rick

  3. Thanks for replying all.

Well i dont have Productivity+, Dont know how expensive that is.

I do have free M-codes to make a variable of.

Maybe i can use that to put a Marco in.

So i would be able to put a manual entry in Mastercam.
