    I'm a new user for Mastercam 2019. I tried to engrave some letters and numbers but a message showed up on my screen saying it was invalid " Open chains are ignored. return to continue." as well as " No valid chains found. Please select closed chain(s) for contour." Please send instructions to help me solve this issue. Thank you. T.emcam
