I have tried using WSEC for the first time, it started off well but I have now hit a wall.
A bit of background. We have a Matsuura MX330 G-Tech 31i , we run 10 parts on one pallet using one Work Offset (G57), the parts are doweled in position but these positions are not 100% correct nor are the mating faces. So I have opted to use WSEC to try and overcome this issue.
I have been able to take the original program and just add WSEC. The program started off fine in the first plane and fine in the second until it came to tapping in the second plane.
The first plane has been milled, drilled, and tapped. The second plane has been milled and drilled. Then I have the error.
I have tried changing Para 5213 from 2.00 to 0.50.
I have started at Z84.131 before the G84 command to give a little more clearance before it starts.
Below are my WSEC and Work Offset values and both the new program (WSEC) and the original program (NO WSEC).

Hi,
I have tried using WSEC for the first time, it started off well but I have now hit a wall.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tony
