After selecting all operations and changing the name of the NC file, Mastercam randomly throws this error as well, and posts incorrect G-code.
I also tried to create a new plane so that all my operations have the same offset number. Still won't post the 3rd operation with the other two.
Then I select only one operation, open and close the machine definition (without changing anything), then it correctly posts the one selected operation.
OK I finally solved the problem by adding the "MULTIAXIS LINKING" operation, this wasn't in the tutorial I followed so I didn't know it was needed.
I hope it won't throw me another random error.

I am trying to post the drilling operation as seen in the first picture.
Trying to post all operations at the same time ? Never going to work, I did everything, change the name of the files, etc. I can only post operation in the same plane apparently.
The G-code produced is the second picture. It lacks the rotary command to change plane for the drilling operation.
Now if I click on Machine definition, don't touch anything, save and exit, then post again ?
I get the G-code from the 3rd picture, now with the correct A90 tilt.

Mastercam 2024 here, I tried everything and there's no way to solve it, it only posts one of the operations.

A call to your reseller is most likely the best route at this point
Yes I think I am gonna do just that !
Thanks !

It appears that the simulator want to go back to the zero of the part between each operation for some reasons.
I just want the simulator to work properly for now. And it doesn't, it create random moves that I didn't ask it to do anywhere.

Yes it's not linked to the post, but I was trying to figure out why Mastercam adds a bunch of random trajectories in the simulator that are nowhere in the operations or linking.
I was thinking about having the machine simulator behave as similar as possible to the post for now.

I am trying to configure the machine simulation, but Mastercam adds these weird trajectories at the end of each rotary operation and they create collisions with the part.
These moves are not present in the posted G-Code.
They are not in the backplot, the backplot movements are exactly what I want (second picture). If I run machine simulation backplot however, there's again different movements that create collisions.
In each operation there's linking parameters to simply retract 100mm.
Also it does the same at the end even if there's only one rotary operation.
I suspect that there's a problem with my planes, the configuration I used was the only one to get the part properly orientated on the table, the W, T and C are set to Right-side top.

You are probably right, and I just found out that machine simulation doesn't freeze, I will use that instead !

Mastercam corrupted, how to fix

I am having the same issue with Mastercam 2024. I upgraded from Mastercam 2021, and the problem is the Mastercam unistall leaves a bunch of crap all over the place and all over the registry as well.
