Level and operation manager being forced to main monitor?

I'm using my laptop hooked to two monitors. Laptop is a Dell M6700 with a Quaro K3000M video card. I keep Mastercam on my main monitor and my operation and level manager on the secondary monitor. Problem is when I use some features inside of Mastercam (analyze point for example but not limited to) it wants to move everything that is on the secondary monitor to the main monitor. Has anyone else seen this before? Any suggestions?
