X8 Opticore Finish Pass

You can give it a step down and a step up, there is an option for milling straight walls but the path computes from there

If you're trying to get it to do what the 3D Surface Rough Pocket or 2D pocket routine does, there is no way that I aware of to take a "finish" pass

I was getting a shoulder collision down in a deep pocket.  I don't like describing custom tools to show a small shoulder diameter (relieved cutter).  I got rid of the collision by turning on the tool path smoothing (had arcs already turned on).

Thanks for the help John!  It's greatly appreciated.

Ah, see and I always describe my tools with that relief just so I don't get the collision output.

I try to describe my tools exactly as they are, yeah, this means I end up with a fair bit of custom tools if I can't get the description out the tool manager
