Verification (stl files)

Hi Friends

I had two Stl files one which is created in Inventor. And one created through MasterCAM after Verification. I want to make boolean of this two files or want to compare these two file.

Any idea about this.

In mastercam for manufacturing desired part i added operation on all six faces of block so unable to use guage operation.

In your verify dialog, click on "Turbo", then the "compare STL file" dialog un-greys. You then run the verify, and select the stl in which to compare it to....

 

HOWEVER, turbo does NOT support machining on different faces [ 'turbo supports maching in 3 axis top view only']...you'll have to do some serious view switching and compare seperate STL's for each side of the part.

In turbo mode i coud able to use formtool for verification as option Profile is dissable and cound not able set custom Profile. I am using Profile tool in maching.

Sounds Like you need true varifacation software to get this the way you want.
