HASP Again - NT4 & USB

Hey Guys - anyone installed a USB Key on NT4 - the driver is on the ealaddin Web but password protected also - hmmm Israel for support

 

Cheers for any suggestions that would beat the time zone difference.

Maybe have dealer get a white key for now or upgrade to XP

The new one on the Mastercam site should not be password protected. I had that problem also.

Yes there is additional software that allows the alladin drivers to work. I believe this is what he is saying is password protected. When I had this issue Iended up getting it right from my reseller ..

Windows NT 4.0 does not officially support USB. Some hardware vendors have written special drivers for their USB products to work with Windows NT 4.0. In this case, there is a driver but it's password-protected for some reason like Karl mentioned. Either way, running Windows NT 4.0 is like running Windows 95 or Windows 95a. Just say 'no'
