cnc HD021 Dual Port Error

Hello Forum, has anyone ever had the following error on their CNC, in this case, OSAI. "HD021 Dual Port Error" . If so, did anyone know how to fix it? I can't find much information about it on the internet

From what I gather the BIOS battery is gone bad.
