My first programming job, we used to run that stuff. It was an absolute nightmare, for about a year and a half. We mostly ran 304 and 316, and I was trying to adjust my feeds/speeds using that as a starting point. Then I tried the feeds/speeds recommended in the IMCO catalog for Titanium and other difficult alloys. It was maybe a little slower than I had hoped, but I didn't break any more tools in the middle of the cycle. Just one more reason I recommend IMCO tools every chance I get
