Whats the difference?

Just a quick question here. Are we required to log out, or can we just X out when we're done.

but as for your question you do not have to logout.

if you are useing like Win2k

it can remeber your password for you so every time you go to this for that you put in the favrites .you will be logged in all ready.

As long as you have IE 5.x+ installed on your system, you can have Windows save your password for you with AutoComplete. It also appears that with this new version of UBB, that a cookie is written to your system when you login and persists until you log out. So you may not even need Windows to remember your password if my assumptions are correct.

However, if you're using a computer that is used by other people, you may want to log out so that nobody can post on behalf of yourself.

under the thought of other people useing it you need to turn off the autocomplet.

at this moment i cant remeber exactly how to. but will figuer it out again.

You can find the AutoComplete settings in the Internet Properties applet in the Windows Control Panel. Select the Content tab on the Internet Properties dialog and then click on button with AutoComplete... as a caption. You'll then see a dialog with nothing but AutoComplete settings
