Verification Tool and offset

Hi friends

I am using Form Tool for operation and its tool offset is not at tip of tool but it lies above the tool tip (ie Tool Sholder). How can I create Tool geometry for verification. How to set tool origin at desired position.

 

because operation depth is with respect to Tool sholder.

Use custom profile. Draw it up with the origin at shoulder height and away you go.

Actuall I do it but on verification tool profile below the origin is not appered.

Yes... this trick isn't possible anymore since V9.1 (worked fine with V9.0SP1) and new verification mod. You CAN'T draw profile tool below X axis anymore and use verification. However backplot is still correct...

 

Will V10 manage tool length toffset ?

go to orogin and re draw all refrences and feed put from the matirialk and use some extra mat, for profile .
