Hi All!

Not a mcam thang, but when I print something out, it seems that my 'puter is froze untill the print job is complete. 1.1 gig machine, 327 megs ram, 64 meg vcard.

By the by, whassup wiff the "tips" page? I can never seem to get in to read this useful info!?

I had this same problem before. There is 2 ways your PC can print. One way is to send the entire print job to the printer. The other way is to spool the print job to the the printer. Spooling feeds the printer info a little at a time and doesn't bog-down your memory. Your printer only has so much memory and then it robs the extra from the PC memory.

You can check this by going to printer/properties/details/spool settings Check the box spool print jobs so prog. finishes printing faster. Also check Start printing after first page is spooled. Yours is probably clicked on print directly to the printer. YUCKY
