Adding Image to setup sheet

I've been doing alot of reading and playing with .set up sheets. I have learned a great deal but have a long way to go. Thanks to all that have given me a hand along the way. I have focused on the setup sheet HTMLRASSER.SET

 

In all my reading and searches I still haven't found anyone who is able to get a reasonable screen shot AUTOMATICALLY from the set file. Can anyone give me a hand finishing this thing.

I just use "Ctrl" with "print Screen" then open "Word" and right click "Paste" If you click on the picture it will automatically bring up an edit menu.

I made a hot key in Mastercam (Alt , ) to use the Screen - To Clipboard function and then you can paste it into other things. Or save it in Paint Shop and convert the format. Screen - To Clipboard is a BMP format screen capture.

I'm trying to get the screen shot onto an HTML sheet, so the screen capture doesn't work for that without editing the file manually. I'd like to automate the process. I'll be happy to share the finished product when I'm done.
