Accessing cadcam's ftp site

Hi Everyone,

 

I have been trying to access cadcam's ftp site and I'm having some problems.

 

When I click the link, a new Explorer window opens up with a flash light moving around. In the bottom left corner, it says "searching for contents". Then it states it couldn't access the site. No contents found. I have tried disabling my firewall to no avail. Could someone please help me out. I'd like to take a look at some of the guitar drawings!
