Subprograms in Mill 9.1

For milling a Stepped hole as shown in figure with 6 or 7 steps with descending diameters, I have a form tooling operation. I need to use different feeds and speeds within this single operation for achieving a better surface finish. How can I Implement this in Mastercam Mill 9.1.

 

Can I use a subprogram to have different speed and feed within a single operation. If it can be done how can I do it.

for simplicity just write it out as separate paths. dont force a toolchange and watch out for possible crashing/gouging on clearance-retract moves.
