Post Needed

Hi,

Does any body have a working post for a bandit control. I had an old post for ver 5.0

it was an actual com file. I could not get it to work in ver 8.

I have a post for Mcam ver 6 that worked well for me on a level 3 Bandit. It required a lot of work to get right, though.

I've been away from the Bandit control for about 4 years now, but I probably could make a ver 8 post for it if I had to using the ver 6 post as a guide.(not cheap)

 

Have you asked your reseller to see if they can help?

I did talk to someone @ mastercam who had a post. I didn'y get a name but they said they would e-mail it to me. Never heard back

Not even that they could not find it after all these years.....

Anyway will keep looking

Have your reseller search CNC Software's BBS for a Bandit post.

Using PostHASTE (NOT the "standard" MasterCam post), we've done quite a few posts for various Bandits (including level 3). If you'd like to send us...

- ANY known GOOD sample NC program for that machine and

- a sample NCI file (does NOT need to match the program sample),

...we'll run it through for you and send it to you so you can see how it looks compared to your sample.

This month (October), you can get PostHASTE for $500 (U.S.) - which is a great deal because it comes with a post library - and you (anyone!) can EASILY edit them (WITHOUT a degree in computer programming)!
