Dwell function for linear moves.

Does any one out there have a tip on stoping a cutter in between moves to let material cool off. I am cutting some thin aluminum with a 3.0" face mill and the material is taped to a flat table. as the part heats up it melts tape making part unstable. I wasnt sure if you could put a p dwell like in the drill cycle to let part cool off.

If it's a fanuc you could use G04 X10.0 (10 seconds) between moves.
