I am having a problem with the post processor. I am just creating a rectangle and profile roung it. When I post the cutter path I keep getting error message:

Your Operation Number :

1

( * WARNING * Cannot Continue Post-Process * )

( * Please, Save Your File Before Post-Process * )

Postblock label pwrtt

Program execution halted due to error(s) running .pst

But if I save the file and then re-open it again, then it posted straight away with no problem.

Anyone out there can give me some advice...

By the way I am running Mastercam version 9.1 with SP2

All you have to do is save your file at least once before post process.

Your post was supplies with notes attached to it.

Please read true these notes and this should work.

There is also a post processor setting to know the date and time from last save, if the time is more than the one preset into the post, this warnig message will be show again.

We have another seat of Mastercam with identical post, but it does not required to save before it can post process. I wonder if its something to do with the Windows upgrade to XP professional or not? It runs OK with Windows 2000 before.

Is the time setting in the .pst file? As this is customize 5 axes post there is not much I can change.

Cheers
