MILL9 SETUP SHEET (.SET)

Good morning,

I modified the MILL2.set file to minimize the output on screen. I did not touch the preadbuf or pwritebuf routines. But when I have a big file with some surfacing in it, when I post the setup sheet it gives me an error saying that (BUFFER 1 IS TOO SMALL). Is there a variable in the .set file that I can change the buffer size with? It would be nice to have the proper min z depth on the screen.

version 9.1 windows xp

TIA

Chris DiNardo

My guess is that you disturbed the array of variables that determine what is being written to the buffer(s). Compare the original Mill2.set file with your current version and I am betting that you inserted a new variable declaration in the middle of others. Move the initialization below the existing initializations and leave a blank line between them. I'd suggest contacting your reseller for help or posting here again and uploading your .set file if you need help modifying it. There are plenty of guys on here that can help.
