RPT Robot MC post

Anyone have any feedback as to the quality of the post for the RPT RoboTrim post? I am told that it costs $10K+ ??? Wow.... is this right??

 

Just started a new job in VA 2 weeks ago my new employer has one of these machines.

Sounds like a fair price to me for a Post that runs a Robot.

Where the ones who devellope the post for robots to work with Mastercam,thats sound about right for a robot.actually its really not that bad,considering all the works envolved,if you want send me a email and we can talk specifics.

I've had experience with Robotmaster from Canada. It is about $10K and many times that if you really need to program 5-7 axis.

 

This company is extremely competent, professional, and responsive. This is a "killer app" for robots; and worth every cent.

 

You'd spend far more than what it costs trying to do it yourself, and you'd never approach their level of functionality. It's a Godsend for robot programming.

I agree with Charles, we use Robotmaster on an everyday basis and are having great success with it. We have a 6 axis motoman and write upwards of 10 programs a day with it. If you need any questions answered or are curious about our use of this software please feel free to contact me.
