can anyone recommend a good training book for lathe level X.

The Trainig Tutorials in the book section above are the ones we use in our traing classes. They are a very good books to start out with. They will get you use to most of the icons and steps you will use in creating, toolpathing, and posting. They do not cover every single icon but a book that did would be a lot more expensive I'm sure.
